All those who wish a better world where one would be in harmony with Nature and the people who surround us, are on the Way which carries out to spirituality. In the Celtic Tradition or the Amerindian Tradition, all the beings were aware that the Universe,
the Father Sun, the Mother Earth, the moon, the wind, the rain, the thunder and the lightning, helped them in their everyday life like all the spirits of Nature, the animals and the Ancestors. In these traditions, it was known as that each being is a world connected to the Universe by a Crowned Circle. That each one is responsible for what he does and by this comprehension the respect of all that live is Sacred. They thought that any creation has its own circle without beginning nor end. That the being is the center of its own circle. That when a circle is destroyed, theirs feels the effects of that because all is inter-connected then the interferences destroy balance. Rituals were practised in order to restore their own circle but also to cure the others.
Their ceremonies were done in a circle. Many of those started in "blessing" the place with the 4 cardinal points.
For them, the harmony was of primary importance, they did not have an organized religion but their way of living taught the respect for the Mother-Ground. Each time that they took something with Nature, they thanked it. When they kill an animal, they also thanked it for having gone voluntary, in sacrifice, in order to provide for their needs. Their life was simple and they knew that they were plain with all the reigns because All
lived in interaction. All were persuaded that what they were and what they would become, was the work their ancestors in whom besides they had a deep respect and that those continued to live around them by the means of their spirits. They knew that the spirit of the man just like the spirit of the animal, could help them during ceremonies so that they guide their way or help them to cure by asking it to the Great Creator. For them spirituality is inside being and that each one has his way to follow. They did not possess anything but they horrowed (example : Earth).
Who is not centered on a spirituality which is linked with a religion, becomes aware of the spirituality which connects "the sky to the earth". Let him educated at Mother Nature and respects her environment. Let him thanks each morning:
- water when he uses it
- the ground which enables him to walk
- the sun which heats him
- the wind which airs him
- the rain benefactor
- the food which enables him to remain and let him respects those
who takes another way.

Spring is there. For the circumstance, you can make the exercise which
will follow and which was practised by the Celts and by other people until now.
An exercise with the Earth to be made the days of solstices and equinoxes.
This communion with the Earth makes that this one gives us its very

bodies for... 3 months.
"Facing the east, lengthen you on the back, then raise you on your feet and your hands so that your body is horizontal with 40 centimetres above the ground approximately.
1 - Inspire and expire slowly and the longest possible during 3 times.
2 - Inspire slowly, then expire by pronouncing the vowel "e " the longest
possible. Do that too three times.

Finally the last representing the Father, the Top, the Sky. And there we understand a part of the Great Mystery since we form part of it and can feel the Omnipresence of the Whole in our heart.
At this stage, the man carried out his own Crowned Cercle which he will
have to feed by his Wisdom and Love.

currently knows did not exist. They did not seek to form costs which

Only that the one who has Peace in him by its triple aspect, can claim to spread the Light. When I say by his triple aspect, I think of the body, the thoughts and the feelings. Indeed, when one acts with Wisdom, our thoughts of Love purify our feelings, and our acts result from this. Peace cannot reign in a body if it is not the temple of the Very High and it is only by the purification and the meditation that one manages to have a healthy cockpit. The divine forces surround us and want to help us but it is necessary to know to hear them.
Each negative thought, even of revenge, brings the destruction. Let us not fall into the trap from Satan by keeping a blind and deaf spirit. Rather let us guide our power of thought towards Wisdom. I want that this one revitalizes my body and my spirit. I want to triumph over this new test and build a rainbow which will bring me towards my Father and my Mother. My wish : that the discord is transformed into harmony and that its breath being carrying life instead of death. Without love, the shade surrounds us then, terrible are the sufferings.
